Year History
OWLY was founded in April 2004 by siblings Dimitra and Yorgos Panoussis. Our early childhood center for Greek and English – speaking children opens its doors every year to children from 2 to 6 years old. Our day nursery operates under the Ministry of Labor supervision and our pre-primary school is licensed by the Ministry of Education.
Owly is an English and Greek speaking daycare, preschool and kindergarten home to ideas and dreams for a new concept in the area of care and education for young children.
What do people need for a healthy development and the achievement of happiness in their life?
They need foundations. The unique opportunity to go through their childhood, the most important years in one’s life, as well as possible. And for an adult to be a free spirit and a free soul, they must have started working towards this end from their early years.
It was in early childhood care and education that we wanted to introduce novel ideas and combine them with profound love and respect for each child’s individuality.

Here we host Greek and English-speaking children, and, following the Rotation Model, our specialized educators aspire to enrich the gifts and talents of preschool children by blending the Greek with the English language, knowledge with imagination and movement with music.
